Something is wrong. I mean really, really wrong. Why, you might ask? Because, after spending the majority of my life rebelling against the notion of exercising, I am starting to come around to the idea… and, even more surprisingly, actually getting excited about it!
No, seriously.
I mean, I voluntarily joined a walking group.
I am shopping around for an elliptical machine that I can use when I can’t get out to walk.
I just ordered a Fitbit so I could track my progress and be motivated to improve.
Worst of all, the notion of me, some day, actually running didn’t make me curl up my lip in disgust.
I think I must be dreaming.

What a good feeling! Congratulations on the breakthrough- this is super exciting to hear and I hope it just takes off from here for you. It’s like a gift to be excited about exercising, isn’t it?!!

It really is! I’m not sure why, but I’ll take it!

It is kind of scary isn’t it. I started doing Jazzercise on a fluke some 20 years ago and even though I don’t Jazz anymore I still exercise. It became such a part of my life that I have to do it now. Have fun.

That’s where I’m hoping to get – to where it’s an integral part of my life. But I’m at least glad to be where I am now!

Good for you! Before you know it, you won’t be able to live without exercising! :0)
