In spite of missing my family and wishing we could spend Thanksgiving with them, this weekend has been truly lovely. Baking pumpkin pies, going pumpkin picking and out for dinner with a friend, and sharing an amazing and memorable Thanksgiving meal with friends old and new have all combined to leave me happy, satisfied, and filled with gratitude.
It’s been a long day, and I’m in a state of a post-turkey dinner bliss, so I’m going to leave you with a few favourite photos from this weekend and then say goodnight.
Happy Thanksgiving!
P.S. – Meatless Monday will return to its usual schedule next week!

Oh! What wonderful pictures! I can’t wait for the U.S. Thanksgiving now. It seems such a long way off. Maybe I’ll adopt every country’s Thanksgiving and just have it for days at a time! That’s greedy, but I want the family and the smells and the laughs more than once a year!
