Today’s Tangled Tuesday post is all about catching up after a couple of weeks of blogging neglect (boo!) but plenty of tangling action (yay!). Hope you enjoy seeing what I’ve been doing!
New Tangles
Since my previous Tangled Tuesday post I have learned the following new-to-me tangles.
From TanglePatterns.com:

- Ellish
- Lenche
- N-Meshed
- Embellish
- Struzzle
- Insydout
- Zoya
- 1 + 1
- JawZ
- Footlites
- Yoga
- Fang
- Lazy Eights
- Ixorus
- Seedings
- Barberpole
- Sundy
- Black-Eyed Peas
Work in Progress
Though I really shouldn’t have done so, I took a bit of a break from my colouring book-to-be, which means that my total of completed pages remains at eleven.
But that doesn’t mean I wasn’t tangling! I actually have two rather time-consuming pieces currently on the go, both 9″ x 12″ ZIAs. Here are a couple of WIP photos so you can see the direction in which they’re heading.
Finished Projects
Once again I decided to play with colour and use gray ink on pink paper. Doing the shading on this 6″ x 6″ ZIA was fun.
Challenges
Since my previous Tangled Tuesday post I have completed the following tangle challenges.

Zentangle 159 for Diane & Carolien’s Weekly Challenge #57: Tangle with F-O-#,
using Flair, Olé, and 3D-Room

What splendid work indeed, it must be a learning curve to try to improve on the skills you already have. Best wishes!

You’ve been busy, with wonderful results!! I love reading your Tangled Tuesday pages, and always end up learning a new tangle or two. Thank you for your efforts. I really love the second ZIA, with the ribbon-like tangles. Beautiful!!

Wow, you have been doing a lot, and beautifully! Wonderful work. I am in awe of all your work, especially the 9 x 12s. How do you even start something like that?

Thank you so much! For the 9 x 12s I usually start with a pencil string to give me some guidelines (even though I don’t necessarily always stick to it), and recognize that it’s going to take ages to complete!

PS: Your Flux circle is gorgeous, too. That’s one of my favorite tangles!

Wow! what an incredible gallery of work here. I love your ZIA’s. I really need to get going on one of these, but the enormous white page is a bit intimidating;-) Do you make prints of your large pieces?
I really enjoy your blog. You are so inspiring.

I haven’t made any actual prints, but I do offer many of my pieces as prints and on products via my web shops. Thank you for your kind words!
