Tangled Tuesday No. 51

This week I have dedicated hours upon hours upon hours to the pursuit of tangling (and loved every minute of it!) – yet in some ways I have very little to show for all of my time, as you will soon see. Welcome to another Tangled Tuesday!

Tangled Goodies

In case you missed my exciting announcement last week, I now have an Etsy shop for Ten Thousand Tangles!

Ten Thousand Tangles on Etsy

Since my last Tangled Tuesday post I have added a new listing – one of my most recent pieces set up as a colouring page (instant download) – and invite you to check it out (and, if your coloured pens and pencils are itching to get to work, pick up one for yourself!) by clicking on the picture below.

P.S. Do YOU sell on Etsy? If so, please leave a link to your shop in the comments section below so that I – and my readers – can drop by and take a look!

New Tangles

This week I learned three similar designs – Gra-Vee, Frillee, and Organza, all from TanglePatterns.com.

Tangling in Progress

I started a rather ambitious (for me) and time-consuming project – a 9″ x 12″ piece with a single repeating tangle pattern (Bunzo) over a watercolour wash. Welcome to the reason why I have very little to show for my hours of work this week!

My first WIP photo from July 5th:

And one from today:

Working on this piece is incredibly relaxing, and I am loving it. Goodness knows when I will manage to get the entire page covered, but my mind is whirling with the possibilities for the to-be-finished piece. Watch this space!

Finished Projects

I suppose in a way I tackled The Diva’s Challenge this week, which was to focus on colour. As you can see by my WIP, my tangling time was overflowing with colour! So though I didn’t actually finish the project, I’m going to take the liberty of saying that I met the challenge. 🙂
