You might think it’s a trifle dated, but one of the architectural elements I’ve loved for as long as I can remember is the use of glass bricks. Imagine my delight, then, when I discovered that the house we were interested in buying – the one in which we now live – was blessed with not one but two glass brick windows!
I’m always enchanted by the way glass bricks distort your view into something almost dream-like, as if you’re looking at the world through gentle ripples of swirling water. So pretty.
Happy Friday!
Got any exciting plans for the weekend?

How gorgeous.
One of those posts when it’s difficult to make up one’s mind what’s more appealing : the picture or the way it has been described. Dream like. It definitely seems.
We would be setting up our home this year and am looking for all the inspiration I can get from your space.
Photo Friday, just like micro blogging seems like such a fabulous thought.
You make blogging seem to effortless.
