Nothing

Sometimes a blogger who’s doing her best to post something every day throughout 2014 faithfully tries to write, but her thoughts and feelings about all the wars and death and sadness and pain in the world come out as a jumbled, incoherent mess, so she decides to be honest with her readers and say that today, I got nothing.

But I will see you all here tomorrow.

I hope you understand.

I totally understand, and I only post three times a week (if I’m lucky). Great pic by the way!

    Hey Laurel

You don’t have ‘nothing’. You have the beautiful picture that is an epitome of grace, gratitude and graciousness! #HUGSSS

    Much love…

You have your honesty. I admire how you manage to write every single day. There is no way I can do that. Life just gets in the way and as you said, sometimes, there is so much going on in the world and in your own life that the thoughts just don’t form together.

Writing every day is definitely a challenge – some days more than others. But I’m afraid that if I don’t write every day, I’ll get so wrapped up in other things and never get around to writing at all!

Have mercy on yourself. This was a good post. Shows the importance of honesty and self care. I wonder, is it really necessary to post every day or is that a goal you have that you have met for a long time? Maybe you need a new goal.

    Remember what good you do.

Thanks, Anne. 🙂 Most of the time I find that it’s a really good discipline for me to post something every day – otherwise I get caught up in everything else in life and just don’t get around to writing enough (or at all!). It’s only some days where it gets a little much.

It’s okay, Laurel. We all have bad days. You’ve put up an honest post. Come back with a bang! 🙂 And I loved your pic!
