As I investigate the various areas of Windsor, Walkerville is consistently named as a neighbourhood with much character and a distinct sense of history and community. Not having seen the place myself I can’t say, but what I’ve discovered so far seems pretty appealing.

So, any Windsorites care to weigh in with opinions?

Hi Dawn…
I just moved to Windsor 2 yeas ago and Walkerville 6 months ago. Nice area. Vry quiet where I live. Having a harder time being {retired{ at 50 and meeting people to hang out with…..
Thanks so much for sharing your opinion on the neighbourhood – it's great to get that kind of info from someone who actually lives there!
Meeting people is difficult, I know… I'm working on some strategies for doing so once we've moved.
My husband grew up in a quiet Walkerville neighbourhood. Therefore we are planning to move back to the same area.
So great for walking. And the parks are amazing and beautiful! Yet, close to everything!
Good to know, Darlene – Walkerville is sounding better and better all the time!
