Nice comparison. Yes, the seasons do transform so quickly. Grey and snow one minute, green and blooming the next. I like the idea of it being like a kaleidoscope. Very magical to think of it that way.

Yes, brown to green at last! In our neck of the woods, we’ve seen snow one day and sunny warmth the next but I think (besides rain) the lovely weather is here to stay.

Our neighbours have a lilac bush that blooms first, and we have another (smaller) bush that must be a different variety, as it blooms quite a bit later. Keeps things colourful, that’s for sure!
