Archive 2004: Angel #1… done!

(Note: This post was written by Laurel Regan and originally published in a separate blog called “Fibre Yarns”, which was later merged with Alphabet Salad.)

Adapted from LiveJournal entry originally posted November 11th, 2004:

Remember the angel that I tried to make for my mom, but gave up in frustration? Well, I decided to pick up the project again today, and it’s now finished! I think I must have done something wrong (though I swear I followed the pattern exactly!), as her skirt is more ruffly than shown in the pattern picture (which to me looks rather bell-like), but she’s still very pretty indeed. Hopefully Mom (who loves angels) will like her! I’ll post pictures next time I have access to a digital camera.
