Our area is crazy with birds – some with gorgeous songs, others that make rather odd sounds, all of them loud! I’m not complaining (remind me of that next time I’m woken at 4:00 a.m. with their morning calls!), because sitting on the front porch in the evening surrounded by birdsong is a little piece of heaven.
Today’s 30 Days of Creativity project is a tribute to our feathered friends.

This is fantastic! And, I know exactly what you mean about the morning birds. As an insomnia sufferer, I sometimes feel those early-rising birds are instruments of the devil.

I can’t believe how LOUD they can be! And so darn early, too. But the sound is beautiful when you’re actually meant to be awake!
