Today’s thoughts:
What if you – what if every one of us – not only endeavored to tread lightly, taking care not to damage or destroy… but also made every effort to intentionally leave things better than they were when we first found them?
What if you – what if every one of us – not only treated others the way we ourselves would wish to be treated… but also went the extra mile to deliberately bring goodness and beauty into others’ lives?
What if you – what if every one of us – not only existed… but also lived mindfully?
How wonderful it could be!
What do you think?
Please share!

Great thought Laurel. It’s a pity that so many are not living in that way. If you could convert everyone with your hundred words, the world would be a happier place. Still, you made a start with your readers!

How wonderful it would be, indeed. All of this is infinitely do-able , if only we make that effort. Lovely words for my Sunday, Laurel. Thank you <3

That’s a wonderfully inspiring post, Laurel. If only we could all become so mindful…we have to I suppose, if we want to save the planet and the humanity from self-destruction 🙂

How beautiful is that!! Lovely thoughts, Laurel, wish we could all do that. As somebody said so rightly, in the end, just three things matter:
How well we have lived
How well we have loved
How well we have learned to let go!

Oh, what if….
I certainly believe that we can all live just like this, if only a small effort was put forth each day, because eventually it becomes who you are and how you live. Is it a struggle at times, well yeah! In the end though, even the struggles is what brings us to living mindfully…

Good reminder, Laurel. This email inspired me to start picking up trash on dog walk again. Sometimes it feels pointless and I quit for a while. But, if only for me and my dog, it makes a difference.

I love that, Sylvia. Every bit helps, and imagine if everyone did it! I guess it all starts with us as individuals.

Then our world definitely would have been much better place no? But again, the change should start from ourselves first!
